Dr. Thomas Wilder was born in Missouri and has three children. When not operating he enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, and walking. He likes to be involved with the Catholic Church.

His Medical Philosophy is the patient always comes first. He went into medicine because of his aunt. He saw her decline due to illness and wanted to be able to help others. He said it is important to always inform the patient and be the best educator for them.
