Rick Frisk
Rick Frisk, our Director of Surgeon Acquisition, has been in the industry for 25 years. He built the nation's first retail medical spa chain in 2000, Advanced Laser Clinics, which successfully grew to 78 locations nationwide, including franchises. His next venture was building a brand of AAAHC accredited surgical centers, growing to 7 locations over a nine-year period then he sold the business in 2018.
Rick has been a key part of growing our highly coveted surgeon team. Since he has joined our team in 2020, he has been able to build our medical team to the highest standards, positioning us as leaders within the industry.
Eddie Gall
Eddie Gall, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Currently works as a Physician Talent Acquisition Manger at Sono Bello, a position he has held since January 2018. Prior to that, he worked as a Physician Talent Acquisition Director for the US Army Medical Department from April 2004 to April 2014.
Overall, Eddie’s work experience showcases his expertise in talent acquisition, and healthcare development.
Eddie Gall, MBA, completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Diego State University. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management from San Diego State University. Certifications include Advanced Certified Internet Recruitment and Certified health Care Staffing Professional.
Eddie enjoys traveling the world and cycling.
Elizabeth Hudson
As a Surgeon Recruiting boasting over 14 years of expertise in healthcare recruiting, Elizabeth consistently demonstrates her ability to identify and attract top talent to our organization.
Her skill set encompasses the entire recruiting life cycle, strategic recruitment plan development, adept relationship building, providing consultative support, and serving as a liaison with external agencies. She specializes in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding surgeons across diverse regions, with a particular focus on challenging markets. Collaboration is at the heart of her approach, as she works closely with hiring managers, education providers, and professional associations to foster enduring partnerships.
Mirabelle Roa

Mirabelle graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. With previous experience at Amazon and Maxim Healthcare Staffing (now Amergis Healthcare Staffing), Mirabelle brings insight from both the corporate and healthcare industries. She has a passion for fostering meaningful connections and creating a great candidate experience.
