Rick Frisk, our Director of Surgeon Acquisition, has been in the industry for 25 years. With experience in building and owning seven successful AAAHC surgical centers, Rick has been a key part of growing our highly coveted surgeon team. Since he has joined our team in 2020, he has been able to successfully build medical teams to the highest standards, positioning us as leaders within the industry. 

 

Eddie Gall

Surgeon Talent Acquisition Manager

Eddie Gall, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Currently works as a Physician Talent Acquisition Manger at Sono Bello, a position he has held since January 2018. Prior to that, he worked as a Physician Talent Acquisition Director for the US Army Medical Department from April 2004 to April 2014.

 

Overall, Eddie’s work experience showcases his expertise in talent acquisition, and healthcare development.

 

Eddie Gall, MBA, completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Diego State University. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management from San Diego State University. Certifications include Advanced Certified Internet Recruitment and Certified health Care Staffing Professional.

 

Eddie enjoys traveling the world and cycling.

Melody Huddleston

Surgeon Talent Acquisition

Melody has been a Sono Bello team member for just shy of nine years. She has successfully held several positions within the organization; starting as the Tacoma PCC in 2012, followed by becoming a National Support Trainer, New Center Area Director, New Center Traveler, and eventually progressing to launching and building out our virtual consultation program and team. Now landing as Surgeon Recruiter, Melody is passionate about transforming lives and careers. In her spare time, she enjoys entertaining, traveling, and putting a puzzle or two together with her husband and fur baby.

Hector

Hector Berrueta

Surgeon Talent Acquisition

Hector is approaching his 2nd year at Sono Bello. First onboarding and spearheading the surgeon licensing department which has been a proven instrumental step for our fellowship program and building our surgeon depth in desired states. When not working, Hector keeps up with his favorite sports team (Go Dodgers!), attending sporting events, concerts and traveling. A life goal of Hector’s is to live overseas in Spain for a few years.
