Dr. Tat was born and raised in Texas. She speaks Chinese (Cantonese) and some Spanish. She enjoys traveling around the world and exploring different foods and cultures. She ran the Chicago Marathon in 2018 and has submitted Mt. Kilimanjaro, which is the highest mountain in Africa and the tallest free-standing mountain in the world!!
