Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Lena Weinman is a first-generation college graduate on both sides of her family—a milestone that reflects her relentless drive and passion for achievement. With a deep commitment to excellence and a vibrant sense of humor, she embraces each day as a new opportunity to make a difference and uplift those around her.

Dr. Weinman is a board-certified OB/GYN and fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon whose medical philosophy begins with the foundational principle: First, do no harm. Her approach to care blends surgical precision with an unwavering focus on safety, health, and aesthetics—particularly as they relate to women’s health and wellness. She is especially passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community, providing thoughtful, affirming care in areas such as gender transition and body dysphoria. Her practice reflects a holistic, inclusive, and personalized model of care that honors the uniqueness of every patient.

Outside the operating room, Dr. Weinman’s competitive spirit shines through in her athletic achievements, having completed 15 marathons, 3 Half Ironmans, and over 20 triathlons. She currently competes in CrossFit and Hyrox, demonstrating the same dedication she brings to her practice. She also enjoys reading, community advocacy, dog walking, and delivering a well-timed joke.
