Born in Bloomington, IL, Dr. Casey Kraft now resides in Columbus, OH with his wife—an allergist—and their two young daughters, who are the joy of their lives. An avid endurance athlete, he has completed two marathons and is currently training for more. Always eager to embrace new challenges, he discovered scuba diving during the COVID pandemic and continues to explore new hobbies whenever he can.

Dr. Kraft enjoys endurance running, tennis, golf, travel, scuba diving, and spending time with his wife and daughters. Professionally, he has contributed extensively to academic literature as the Associate Editor for Journal of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery – Global Open and as a Contributing Editor for the Journal of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

Passionate about making a global impact, Dr. Kraft and his wife have long supported She’s the First, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting women’s education in developing countries. They have been actively involved with the organization since their college years, inspired by the charity’s track record of success.
